This replacement kit for the Futura Relax chair includes one seat cover and one headrest. The kit is easy to install and offers a level of comfort equivalent to your chair's original parts. Also fits recent RSX and RSXA models.


Air Comfort®: This technical "3 layer" pad combines breathable and permeable materials to offer unrivalled comfort, unbelievable softness, hyper breathability and quick drying time. It also has good resistance to UV exposure.
